There’s An Amazing Reason Why The Rock Has A Toilet In His Gym
Is The Rock the hardest working man in the room? More often than not, the answer is yes.
Check out his recent Instagram post in the gym featuring a toilet. Yes, that’s right a toilet.
The wrestling superstar turned actor took to Instagram to reflect on the values that were taught by his father that made him the man he is today, not only physically but psychologically.
“My old man used to kick my ass so hard in the gym when I was a kid he’d say if you’re gonna throw up go outside and if you’re gonna cry then go home to your mother.”
That’s what it takes. And what’s with the toilet you ask? He continued in his Instagram post saying,
“If only we had this brilliant toilet in the gym idea when I was a kid I would’ve never had to go outside.”
It’s the reason he is the biggest actor in the world right now (and arguably the most popular), it’s the reason he was one of the biggest people in the WWE, it’s the reason why he can allude to the idea of running for president and get a pretty serious response from fans and publications alike.
But he wasn’t always receptive to the message his father was trying to get across. He once stated,
“I hated it then, but I embrace it now. Made a man outta me.”
And make a man it did. This past year people magazine named The Rock The Sexiest Man Alive. But it wasn’t just his looks that attributed that title for the people’s champ. When asked what he thought it was, he responded:
“A sense of humor. And I think probably just not trying to be sexy and just being cool and confident in your movies. I think with a lot of my fans, I’ve gotten to a very, very cool place where there’s a direct line between the man they know off-screen and the man they see on-screen.
