Complete Confidence Hypnosis

This subliminal hypnosis course is meant to supplement the conscious confidence you’ll gain from putting Unbreakable’s principles to work in your own life. Please follow the instructions closely, as the course uses powerful inductions to alter your neurological state. Some parts of the course should not be listened to while driving or engaging in other activities that require your full attention.

Part 1:

Track 1 prepares your subconscious mind for track 2. Track 2 helps reduce resistance to the suggestions and reduces negative energy in general. Meditate on how you want to be prior to using. Requires your undivided attention. You will want to be in a relaxed position with dim lights and free from interruptions. Headphones help. Optimum usage is: track 1 once per week, track 2 twice per week. NOTE: You will not (consciously) hear the suggestions on these tracks.

Part 2:

Listen to these tracks after listening to track 1 & 2 of the clearing. Listen to track 1 of the hypnosis first. This takes you as deep into hypnosis as you want to go and puts the suggestions into your subconscious mind. Track 2 does the same as a short booster. You will have an opportunity to give your subconscious mind suggestions (1 minute in length) and visualization (1 minute in length). Plan the suggestions and visualization prior to using. Requires your undivided attention. You will want to be in a relaxed position with dim lights and free from interruptions. Headphones help. Optimum usage is track 1 once week, track 2 once a week.

Part 3:

Listen to third after Steps 1 & 2. Can be played at any volume with equal effectiveness. They do not require your attention. The subliminal hypnosis works well while playing in the background as you are doing other things. You can use headphones but they will not increase the effectiveness since this session is designed to play in the background. They can be played at any volume. Barely audible works well. Increasing volume does not increase effectiveness. Optimum usage is once a day. NOTE: You will not (consciously) hear the suggestions on this track.

Part 4:

Play at low volume in repeat or continuous play mode during your entire sleep period. Meditate on how you want to be as you fall asleep. The stream overlay is the perfect white sound for masking outside noise. At the same time the suggestions are implanted deeper into your subconscious mind along with added suggestion to easily enter a deep, sound restful sleep, awakening when you should refreshed and filled with energy. Headphones are not recommended. It is OK to use headphones but they are cumbersome and do not increase effectiveness. They can be played at any volume. Barely audible works well. Optimum usage is throughout each sleep period. NOTE: You will not (consciously) hear the suggestions on this track.

Day 1: Clearing tracks 1 & 2, subliminal and sleep.
Day 2: Hypnosis tracks 1 & 2, subliminal and sleep.
Day 3: Subliminal and sleep.
Day 4: Clearing track 2, subliminal and sleep.
Day 5: Subliminal and sleep.
Day 6: Hypnosis track 2, subliminal and sleep.
Day 7: Subliminal and sleep.

Repeat for one month or as needed.

You can listen more frequently than these instructions say.
You can listen as often as feels right. Follow your feelings.

Can I use this with more than hypnosis program?

ALL of these recordings have a cumulative effect. Even if used occasionally you will see results.

You can use several titles interchangeably in the same timeframe. Using the title you are in the mood for increases it’s effectiveness. Growth/change in one area reinforces and balances growth/change in other areas. ALL of these recordings are designed to compliment each other.

How can subliminal messages be heard if I can’t hear the messages consciously?

Your conscious mind has a range of perception. Your subconscious mind has the same range, but it is slightly extended. It is within the frequency of this slight extension that the subliminal suggestions are recorded. In addition, the suggestions are given to your subconscious mind as direct hypnotic suggestion on the corresponding hypnosis recording, along with post hypnotic suggestion, so that when you listen to the corresponding subliminal recording, the suggestions are activated. This makes my subliminal and sleep learning recordings far more effective. Listening to them becomes the invocation of a post hypnotic cue.

Here is the actual cue on the hypnosis recording:

“when you listen to the corresponding recordings they activate these suggestions in a way that these suggestions become how you are, how you feel, how you automatically manifest your reality”.

This is a direct hypnotic suggestion that dramatically strengthen the corresponding subliminal and sleep learning recordings.

These recordings have your subconscious mind do it for you!

Your subconscious mind has an image of you. This is call the subconscious self image (your automatic pilot).

It is how you are if you act the way that comes most easily. It is difficult to fight it because you are fighting yourself. The best solution, by far, is to upgrade your subconscious self image to the way you want to be. That is what these recordings help you to achieve.

Why is the 4-Step system so effective?

1. When used after listening to the corresponding hypnosis recording, the subliminal and sleep learning recordings trigger the suggestions put into place while you were under hypnosis. This is called the invocation of a post hypnotic CUE. This combination of the power of hypnosis with subliminal influence and sleep learning is offered no where else.

This is STATE OF THE ART and makes your subliminal and sleep learning recordings far more effective than ordinary subliminal and sleep learning recordings.

2. The subliminal message on most subliminal and sleep learning recordings is an ongoing monologue that does not repeat itself. My subliminal and sleep learning recordings repeat the suggestions continuously from beginning to end of the recording. Retention of information at a subconscious level is key to effectiveness. Repetition is key to retention.

3. The subliminal suggestions on many subliminal and sleep learning recordings are implanted too deep into the overlay (what you hear consciously) to be most effective. These are implanted just under conscious awareness and well within subconscious perception, allowing for maximum influence.

When will I start to see results?

Results vary due to many variables. However, many people see results between 1-14 days or more using the 4-Step system.

Your Subconscious Self-Image

Your subconscious mind’s self image is how your subconscious mind sees you. It is how you are if you act the way that is most easy.

One way to think of your subconscious mind is as a robot where the robot responds to the programming it has received.

That programming is everything you have been exposed to and thought to be true at the time. The conscious mind is like a filter, filtering out what it believes to be not true. Unfortunately much of what we have been exposed to occurred before that filter was in place, before age 5. You would think that your conscious mind would be in charge, but that is not the case. In many ways your subconscious mind, the robot, is in control. We do things all the time that we consciously do not agree with (addictions, destructive behaviors, etc.), but it is all but impossible to do things over time unless your subconscious mind, the robot, agrees with them.

You cannot fight your subconscious mind, because you are fighting yourself. The only course I have found that works over the long run is to upgrade how your subconscious mind sees you, the subconscious self image. That is what these recordings do.

How to prepare for using the 4-Step system:

1. Spend as much time as you can forming an image in your mind of how you want to be or move toward. Meditate on its validity and the motivation for it. Try to feel it. You will be asked to do so on every hypnosis recording.

2. Think through what you would say if you were to give yourself hypnotic suggestion. Simple, to the point, with feeling.
You will be asked to do so on every hypnosis recording.
Example: “I am worthy of success”.

3. Do not be too hungry or full. Best if your body feels neutral.

4. Minimum liquids (you will not be able to use the restroom).

5. Dress comfortably.

6. Be well rested.
